Francesco Perillo has been HR Manager into the Finmeccanica Group. He is AIDP Campania Past President and he is Lecturer of Human Resource Management, University of Suor Orsola Benincasa.

He has contributed to the book series with impresa imperfetta, "Manager e alfabetizzazione" in Tavola rotonda. Umanesimo del management attraverso gli occhi dell’altro, Simposio manageriale, L'impresa nello zaino, together with Davide Bizjak, and The company in the Backpack, together with Davide Bizjak and Amelia Rosa Tundo. He has also contributed with "Ho incontrato Senge e mi ha detto cosa fare" in La Quinta Disciplina (Italian edition by Luigi Maria Sicca).
