Antonio Florio, cellist, conductor and musicologist is permanent conductor of the "Cappella Neapolitana Ensemble" founded in 1987 initially under the name Cappella della Pietà de' Turchini, made up of instrumentalists and singers specialized in the performance of the Neapolitan musical repertoire of the 17th and 18th centuries, and in the rediscovery of rare composers.
