Maria Laura Frigotto is Associate professor of Business Organization and HR Management, University of Trento. She actively attends the  En attendant.., International Conferences. She is the winner of puntOorg - ASSIOA Award WOA 2019. Maria Laura, togheter with Gugliemo Faldetta, Alessandra Lazazzara, Michela Marchiori, Mario Pezzillo Iacono and Annachiara Scapolan is co-editor of the Thematic issue of pIJ, launched in occasion of the puntOorg - ASSIOA Award WOA 2020.
